Harrisons are pleased to announce that the business and undertaking of Cube Lighting & Industrial Design Limited was sold on 7th October 2016, following the appointment of J Neil Harrison and Kenneth Marland as Joint Administrators on the same day.
Significant interest was shown in the business from the UK and overseas, resulting in 6 of the 9 jobs being saved with the business continuing from the current site in Birkhamstead.
Cube designs and manufactures specialist lighting and has a long record of innovation and development of LED products, with contracts in a number of countries. Examples of their work can be found on their website here.
The Administrators were assisted in the sale by Malcolm Good of Eddisons with all legal work being undertaken by Deborah Nigh of Summers Nigh Law.
The affairs, business and property of the Company are now managed by the Joint Administrators who act as the Company’s agents and without personal liability.
