A lot of business owners didn’t have a clear plan when they started their business when the only employee was usually them and they had a couple of customers and suppliers trading out of their garage.

Before looking for a business coach, the business needs to decide what it wants from them and be open to change otherwise the cost can be wasted.

The basis of the engagement can then be mapped out with the business coach.

Its a fully flexible relationship.

An  engagement can include intensive initially and then a couple of hours a month, ongoing support as and when needed or full time for a set period

Finding a business coach with knowledge of your industry or of the specific issues will increase the benefits and maximise the return.
